It’s safe to say that we are seeing trends from the 90’s that are making a solid come back. Some of these, I can get on board with. Berry lips? Yes please! Doc Martins? Yep, loved mine. The denim jacket? It’s always a winner in my book. Flannel? Okay, perhaps in a very non-Kurt Cobain, My So Called Life kind of way. Scrunchies and massive platform shoes? I think I’ll pass on those two.
But seriously, the trend I think I’m most excited about is the return of the jellies! I loved jellies as a kid. They were sparkly, could go with almost anything, and if they got dirty, you could just rinse them off in the hose. They did, however, have an odd plastic smell to them, if you wore them all day, your feet would be killing you, and every time you took them off, there was this weird layer of sweat and dirt all over your feet.
