May 15, 2017

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. City Moms Blog Network announces the addition of Bloomington Moms Blog in Indiana – the 70th site to join this national network of parenting resources websites. Bloomington Moms Blog goes live on May 15, 2017, under the leadership of Lynsey Randall.

Bloomington Moms Blog will provide valuable parenting resources and encouragement to Indiana moms in Hoosier Country. No matter where a mom is on her journey of motherhood, she’ll find something uniquely her on Bloomington Moms Blog.

Lynsey Randall

“My desire is to connect with other moms through complete transparency,” said Lynsey Randall, Bloomington Moms Blog Owner & Founder. “I am extremely passionate about helping moms feel connected, informed, supported and just plain normal. Motherhood is a beautiful, emotional, extremely challenging, and very rewarding journey.”

Randall is the most recent in a quickly-increasing list of moms signing on as site owners within the City Moms Blog Network, which now boasts 70 sites nationwide and millions of readers each month. At each site, a local mom, like Randall, sits at the helm and recruits more local moms to contribute content and offer expertise in all topics associated with motherhood. All City Moms Blog Network site owners are connected to a network of like-minded entrepreneurs running sites across the country. This community of moms, all dedicated to connecting moms in their own cities, work together to make sure each site is successful.

Stephanie Flies

“We are thrilled to welcome Bloomington Moms Blog to our sisterhood of city mom blogs,” said Stephanie Flies, City Moms Blog Network founder and director. “Moms in the Bloomington area now have an excellent resource for events, advice and connection with nearby moms traveling through this motherhood journey together.”

“After reading Indianapolis Moms Blog for a year, and desperately wanting a resource like it in Bloomington, I discovered City Moms Blog Network,” said Randall. “I immediately connected with their mission and vision. They are empowering moms across the country to become business owners, and enabling them to bring such an amazing parenting resource to their community.”

City Moms Blog Network began with Scottsdale Moms Blog in Scottsdale, Arizona in 2010, where the unique community blogging approach caught on quickly and moms across the country asked to replicate the model in their communities. The 70 sites in the City Moms Blog Network sisterhood represent hundreds of moms as owners, thousands as contributors and millions as readers.
