Hotel Blackhawk: Hip and Historic Hospitality {Sponsored Post}

Last weekend the City Moms Blog Network team had our annual business meeting in Davenport, Iowa at the Hotel Blackhawk. From the moment we stepped foot on property, to the second we drove away, the Hotel Blackhawk blew us away!  The property is a perfect blend of history & glam and the hospitality and service was exceptional.

As moms of littles, who don’t get out very often, we were on cloud nine with the top of the line hotel furnishings, accommodations and service.  (And of course having an entire bed all to ourselves was pretty darn amazing too!). I can honestly say I haven’t slept that well in about 6 months, after my 6 month old was born. I’ll let you do the math on that one!!

And let’s not forget one of the most impressive accommodations – the rooms come with a TV in the bathroom mirror. What?!  To say we were impressed is an understatement.

I was even able to sneak in a workout at the fitness center without the need to dump my kids at the gym kid zone or painstakingly push them in a double stroller.

Now, we did go there for business after all and the meeting space was fabulous. We were able to discuss our business plans and goals for the upcoming year and had very productive meetings due to the yummy food and outstanding service provided by hotel staff.
